Ing. William R. Herron Jr.

Ing. William R. Herron Jr.CEO

CEO: Mechanical Engineer (License Nº 74-16-16), graduate from Villanova University, Pa., with Post Graduate Courses and Seminars, both locally as well as abroad, in different academic fields.

Mr. Herron is an expert appraiser, both for estate as well as for machinery and equipment, with more than 30 years of practical experience. He regularly is invited to teach courses or to be a key note speaker at seminars on appraisal techniques in the local market for, among others, the Banking Association, the Chamber of Commerce, the Office of the Comptroller and Auditor General as well as the Ministry of Finance.

He is a member and Certified Appraiser of the International Real Estate Institute, member of the National Association of Real Estate Appraisers, member of the Surveys and Appraisals Institute of Panama (IVAPPAN by its Spanish acronym), member of the International Professional Who is Who, where he was elected Member of the Year in 2007, member of the Panamanian Association of Realtors (ACOBIR) and member of the National Cargo Security Council (NCSC).

Graduated as an Architect (License Nº 96-001-001) from the University of Panama in 1996, obtaining his Master’s Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources and Post Graduate Studies in Executive Management, Project Management and Planning.

Mr. Garrido has more than 15 years of experience in appraisals and inspections of construction projects and practice in design, building, appraising and inspecting civil works. He is a member of the Panama Construction Chamber (CAPAC) and of the Surveys and Appraisals Institute of Panama (IVAPPAN).

Job Site Inspector and Appraiser, graduated in 2003 as an Industrial Engineer from Purdue University in Indiana. Obtained a diploma in Real Estate Appraisals from the Santa Maria La Antigua University in Panama. Mrs. Herron is a member of the Surveys and Appraisals Institute of Panama (IVAPPAN and has experience in the field of appraising equipment and machinery, as well as real estate.

Graduated as an Industrial Engineer in 1982 from the Technological University of Panama. Mr. Mendez has a vast experience in optimizing production systems and industrial plant, with practical training in the US.

Lic. Beatriz Ovalle

Lic. Beatriz OvalleAdministrator and Accountant

Obtained her Accounting Degree (License Nº 4480) in 1994 from the University of Panama and has Post Graduate studies in Accounting Controls, Tax Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Tax Accounting from the Certified Public Accountants Specialized University. Ms. Ovalle has more than 10 years of experience in the Administrative, Financial and Tax fields.

Darla Solís

Experience in tracking and developing special, technical or financial projects. She manages the professional resources, customer relations and is in charge of the production and execution of the entire appraisal process.

Ing. Alexander Reyes

Graduated in 1997 as a Civil Engineer (License Nº 98-006-024) from the Technological University of Panama, with Post Graduate Studies in Construction Project Management, Mr. Reyes has more than 10 years of experience in inspecting civil engineering projects and appraisals of real estate.
